EduExam is easy to use, full-featured and flexible Testing, Examination and Assessment tool. The Knowledge absorption skills assessment is monitored through the Evaluation System. It allows Administrators to enable and approve Comprehensive Course Tests, accessible to students. EduExam provides complete functionality of evaluating and assessing student's performance skills. EduExam comprises of Question Bank effectively blended with a whole set of Features. Using different features of EduExam an administrator can set an exam name, select a subject, assign questions for batches as well as an Individual student, set the appearance of questions and lot.
The examination consists of different types of multiple choice questions. The questions are selected at random keeping the proper weightage for the various topics. The answers are evaluated and the marks obtained for each along with the answer given by the student are stored in the database.
Teacher can create and manage questions for the assigned subjects. Later Teacher can create new question papers by making use of the questions created for relevant subjects. Also they able to conduct examinations by selecting a question paper and eligible students. After the examination, this user can view and validate answer sheets. Also they able to view and take print out of each student’s answer sheets and brief results.
Students are provided with a username and password and have to login, select the paper to answer and answer the exam. Students will only be able to answer only the papers for which they are authorised. Access will be denied for all other papers.
The examiner can get the results immediately in various forms -- the general marklist, the detailed general marklist where the marks obtained by the student in each topic of the subject is shown (red underline for below passing marks) as well as the answer sheet of each student.
The software maintains the details for each student as well as provides a facility for editing the student details if required. There is Password based access for Individual Answer Sheet, General Mark Lists and Trends Graphs. Authentication is provided Via Sessions and the password is stored in encrypted form in the database.
This system can be modified and customized to suit the need of any Educational Institutions or Training Academies.
